Calumet Park has an active Chamber of Commerce that welcomes new businesses to the Village. The affordable membership fee makes it feasible for large and small businesses to join. Residents of the Village support local businesses. To show their appreciation, members of the Chamber are actively engaged in the community. For example, at Calumet Park's inaugural Community Festival, which had more than 1,500 participants, the Chamber sponsored a petting zoo, pony rides, a magician, face painting, a balloon twister, Moon Walk, Ronald McDonald, a photo booth and more.
