Welcome to the Calumet Park Economic Development website!

Robust businesses are amongst the things that make our Village The Place to Be. For more than 20 years, Calumet Park (CP) has been the Chicago Southland area leader at using incentives for economic development.  

Located just 16 miles from downtown Chicago, CP is close enough to the amenities of a large city, yet far away and small enough to have a Village newsletter, town hall meetings and a Recreation Center that is regularly used by residents.  

With a median household income of $47,668, CP residents are well positioned to purchase products and services from local businesses. Calumet Park is directly accessible to Interstate 57. We also have a Metra stop and a railroad depot.  

Our proven track record of success is highlighted in this document. My staff and I stand ready to meet and work with developers on commercial and industrial projects.
